Job Title: General Contractor Laborer
Reports To: Site Supervisor / Project Manager
Location: Varies within the Flathead Valley
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Contractor Laborer to join our construction team. This position is responsible for supporting skilled tradespeople, assisting with a variety of construction tasks, and maintaining a safe and clean job site. The ideal candidate will be dependable, physically capable, and able to follow instructions closely.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Assist with general construction tasks, including demolition, framing, roofing, siding, and finish work
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
Operate hand and power tools under supervision
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Transport and organize construction materials
Perform measurements and basic layout work as directed
Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades
Assist in setting up and tearing down temporary structures like scaffolding and barriers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site and tools
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion

Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years or older
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must be insurable under company auto policy
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Ability to follow directions and think critically
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
* Prior construction experience preferred but not required-we're willing to train the right candidate
