President

Dan is the Owner of Frontier Builders. He truly enjoys working with people and helping them attain the goal of building their dream home. He appreciates the personal relationship he forms with his clients and pours his heart and soul into every project. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything he does professionally and personally. Dan has over 20 years of experience in many different facets of the building process. This gives Dan an in-depth knowledge to efficiently coordinate the project and effectively foresee any problems that may arise. Dan's communication with clients, his project managers, and subcontractors provide for a seamless building process.

When Dan is not building beautiful homes, he enjoys time with his wife, Kim, and their 2 kids, often golfing, camping, fishing, and boating.

Project Manager

Jim brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry to Frontier Builders, where he specializes in custom residential and commercial building projects. Known for his exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence, Jim strives to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Jim has successfully managed a diverse range of high-end residential homes and commercial projects. His expertise includes design, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, client communication, and quality control.

With a passion for innovation and a focus on building strong relationships, Jim works closely with clients, subcontractors, and the Frontier team to deliver results that exceed expectations. His attention to detail and problem-solving abilities have earned him a reputation as a reliable and resourceful leader in the field.

When not managing projects, Jim enjoys spending time with his son skiing, mountain biking, and exploring the mountains, rivers, and lakes of Montana.

Kim Hanson

Office Manager

Kim specializes in the financial aspect of project management, human resources, and marketing. Having worked in home construction with her dad in her early adult years, and building her home with Dan, she gained a thorough knowledge of the building process. Kim strives to keep Frontier Builders at the forefront of technology. She ensures that the office runs smoothly.

Kim embraces the Montana lifestyle. She enjoys time with her family, hiking with her dog, camping, boating, and cross-country skiing. You may also find her baking or cooking a new recipe she found on Pinterest.
